A few of my customers has done this for the dogs... They cut a hole 2x2 {varies per dog}in the lid so dog can stick his head out without jumping out... A safety leash also was put on dog to trailer so he is restricted... A couple put a windshield for dog and a couple others protects hole with vinyl velcro or snapped to trailer when not in dog use... Have another picture on the cm1000 page also...
Timeout's Aerodyn seems to be the most popular for this doggy conversion trailer... The Timeout fiberglass trailer is at least twice as thick as just about every one Else's trailers... There is also enough room to partition trailer in half... Half for dog and half for luggage...
Works very well with the Slipstream trailer as well for really large dogs... Huge cargo area for both dog and luggage...
